1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All products, designs, artwork, and content available for sale on the Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and digital artwork (the "Content"), are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5. Violations and Enforcement

If Astro Torque Racing determines that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to the unauthorized use, sale, or distribution of purchased products or artwork, Astro Torque Racing reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, which may include seeking damages, terminating your access to the Site, and pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astro Torque Racing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or damages arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or any misuse of the products or artwork purchased from the Site.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

Astro Torque Racing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
